A question for you.
One prompt at a time. Somewhere to write, if you want to. Nothing is stored, nothing is sent, and nobody sees it, including me.
there are no
good answers,
only honest ones
The writing space below lives only in this browser tab. Closing the page clears it. If you want to keep something, copy it somewhere of your own.
If you are not sure how to start
Write the first sentence badly on purpose. Most people stall because they are trying to arrive at an insight rather than describe what is actually there, and description is both easier and considerably more useful.
If a prompt produces nothing, that is information too. Ask for another.

Writing changes what thinking does
Part of what keeps a thought circulating is the effort of holding it. Putting it into words externalises it, it becomes a sequence rather than a loop, and sequences end. This is also why saying something out loud to another person so often does more than another hour of turning it over alone.
