Planners and sheets

Print it, fill it in, keep it.

Everything here is free, and everything here is on paper. Nothing you write on these sheets goes anywhere, because a printed page has no servers, no account and no way of telling anyone what you put on it.

more planners are on their way

These are reflection and learning materials, not assessments. They do not measure, score or assess anything, and filling one in tells you nothing about whether you have a condition. Where a sheet is built on a piece of research, the citation is printed on the sheet itself so you can go and check it.

How to use them

One sheet is enough.

You are not meant to work through all of these. Pick the one that matches the day you are actually having. If you are not sure which, start with A Simple Day, or the train journey planner from the daily set.

They print on ordinary A4. If you would rather not print, most of them work perfectly well written out in a notebook, because the structure is the useful part rather than the paper.

missing something?

These exist because somebody needed them. If there is a day you keep having that none of these fit, say so and I will make the sheet for it.
